Prices and packages

I am fully insured, hold a DBS certificate and Ofsted Paediatric first aid trained. I am a recognised Birth and Postnatal Doula with Doula UK and I trained with the NCT to become a birth doula. I am experienced in postnatal care including supporting breastfeeding and have supported twin births, home births, induction births and C section births.


Postnatal Doula Support Package - welcome home - 12 hours - £400.00

  • Package of 12 hours to be booked as soon after your baby is born as you would like.

  • Visits generally are for about 3 to 4 hours in duration from 10am-2pm. Dates can be confirmed on a week by week basis to allow for flexibility

  • Unlimited Whatsapp should you have any questions or need any support between visits.

  • 2 hour postnatal planning session so that I can learn how to best support you and your family.

Postnatal Doula Support Package - the first trimester - 30 hours - £900.00

  • Package of 30 hours to be booked as soon after your baby is born as you would like.

  • Visits generally are for about 3 to 4 hours in duration from 10am-2pm. Dates can be confirmed on a week by week basis to allow for flexibility

  • Unlimited Whatsapp should you have any questions or need any support between visits.

  • 2 hour birth planning meeting & 2 hour postnatal planning session.

Postnatal Planning Session - £70.00 face to face or £60.00 online

A 2 hour private face to face or virtual session where we will talk about what is important to you and what you want your early days and weeks with your newborn to look like.

This can be useful to book in the first instance if you are unsure about booking a postnatal doula.

Postnatal Doula Support - £30 per hour

These can be booked as short term or one off visits and can be offered in morning or afternoon slots. I work for a minimum of 2 hours and you can book as you feel you need. I can take care of baby whilst you rest, spend time with siblings, work or practise self care. I can prepare your dinner or lunch, do some light housework, support your breastfeeding journey or offer a listening ear.

Night Doula Support - £200 for 8 hours

I offer night support and am available from the hours of 7pm until 5am during the week and later in the mornings on weekends. I can be booked for a minimum of 4 hours at a price of £30.00 per hour if you prefer a shorter slot to catch up on some much needed sleep.

If you are bottle feeding I can have sole care of your baby until it’s time for me to leave or if you are breastfeeding I can bring baby to you for a feed and then take them to be changed and re settled so that you can catch up on some much needed sleep. I stay awake for the duration of my time with you and also take notes of nappy output, sleep and feeding to share with you. I will be led by you completely in how you want me to settle and care for your baby whilst you are sleeping.

Overnight support in hospital is also a service that I offer. Maybe you are going to be alone overnight, perhaps after a c-section or you would like feeding support throughout the night.

Antenatal Session - £100

A 2 hour session in your home where we will talk through labour and birth and prepare you by thinking about your birth plan, talk through any questions you may have and discuss comfort measures. You may like to add a postnatal planning session to this where we can talk about those early days and feeding / breastfeeding to help you feel more prepared for your new arrival.

Birth Doula - £1800.00

I will provide support by:

  • An introductory meeting

  • 2 antenatal visits (more if needed) where we will talk about labour and birth, home birth, comfort measures, induction methods, caesarean birth, your birth plan, the fourth trimester, what to pack in your bag if you are having a hospital birth and anything else that you would like to discuss.

  • Being available by Whatsapp from the time of booking.

  • Being on call for two weeks before your estimated due date and up until your baby arrives

  • Staying with you during labour and after the birth to ensure you and your new family are settled.

  • Providing WhatsApp support in the important early days for up to 6 weeks.

  • One 3 hour postnatal session within 6 weeks of birth included in the package where I can offer you postnatal support and we can reflect on your birth together.

I ask for 50% deposit of my packages to book and guarantee my availability.

I can also arrange support and services within the local area such as lactation consultant, postnatal massage, baby massage, placenta encapsulation. I also keep up to date with local classes and events for new parents and babies.

I cover an approximate 10 mile radius (but please do call me if you live a little further than this as I am happy to see if it is workable) from DA15 and all travel costs are included apart from parking costs.
